I know it feels like the thing to do to set fitness goals each year, but this year I want to challenge you to aim to create new habits first!
This has been the key to my own success in my health and fitness, and it's a JOY to continue to lead women in developing healthier habits in the fight for their bodies with the word of God!
Here are just four examples of healthy habits that will get you closer to where you want to be for the LONG HAUL!
