A Safe Place for Boys is a film and television discussion podcast that seeks to start more compassionate conversations about masculinity in media. Join us every other week as we compile our positive masculinity playlist, talk about the stories we enjoy (and some that we don’t), and try to create a safer world for boys and the people who love them.

"My Safe Place" is a space for open and honest conversations about everyday news, trending topics, and how they connect to mental health and overall well-being—often in ways we may not realize. We provide the community with valuable resources and life tips from accredited guests and trusted sources. Plus, we explore the complexities of relationships—whether at work, in love, family, or romance—covering the good, the bad, and everything in between.

This is a safe place for all of us that are considered awkward, weird, a misfit or the odd ball by ourselves or others. It’s a place refuge for me and hopefully for you as well from the world of “normalcy”. I hope to be able to express verbally what many of us though, or are thinking and to bring comfort to one another in knowing that it’s ok to not fit in, even in moments where it doesn’t feel like it’s ok.
