When you tell a friend about an annoying habit, the key is to be kind and non-judgmental.
Start by assuming they don’t realize it’s bothering you.
Instead of framing it as a criticism, try saying, “Hey, wanted to mention something I’ve noticed,” and explain it in a gentle, non-accusatory way.
Most of the time, your friend will appreciate you cared enough to bring it up.
