This podcast is about me stepping outside of my comfort zone in an attempt to touch lives the way so many others have touched mine. I want to share my story and inspire others to live a healthy, purposeful, and positive life amidst all the mishaps and tough times they may face and hopefully I can be inspired as well. I’m a dental hygienist, I hold 2 Bachelors degrees, and am pursuing a Masters degree with the intent to advocate for oral health awareness.
