* There’s a $30 Trillion wealth transfer underway to women clients. These clients are chronically underserved, and there’s a 29% gender wealth gap in America.
* There’s a leaky bucket of women ready to serve as senior leaders (maybe because only 16% of the c-suite are women today!) The stats for people of color and disadvantaged communities are even worse.

* Less than a quarter of all financial advisors or wealth planners are women.
