Adventures With Postpartum Depression

This week, Laurie Syphard shares her story of postpartum depression. After the birth of her first daughter, she experienced PPD, primarily through extreme anxiety and obsessions. After the birth of her second daughter, she did not experience any PPD. During her recovery, she had to stay briefly at the hospital. She talks about the different things that helped her recovery, including advocacy for maternal mental health. Show notes are available at PPDadventures.com.
