In de 11e aflevering van de podcast serie staat het theatermaken met jongeren centraal. Dit keer is de podcast geen interview maar een gesprek tussen twee ervaren theatermakers over het vak. Hanneke Vries is oprichtster van het Jongeren Theater Alkmaar (JTA) en heeft haar levenlang al met jongeren gewerkt. Momenteel werkt zij als programma-manager bij Artiance. Leoni van Veen is als tiener begonnen bij het JTA en is daar zo geïnspireerd geraakt dat ze via de vakopleidingen het vak is ingerold. Momenteel is Leoni naast theaterdocent in het VO ook theaterdocent in de vrije tijd. Ook is zij de coordinator van het landelijk netwerk van jeugd theaterscholen, Platform Theater.

Hanneke en Leoni lijken in veel opzichten erg op elkaar, maar er zijn ook verschillen. Veel van wat door Hanneke en Leoni wordt besproken is ook herkenbaar voor docenten die werkzaam zijn in andere disciplines.
