My conversation with Mary Stich is full of tips and tricks for navigating your career and finding balance along the way. It's about finding the things that bring you energy and doing more of those things.
And, here's a sneak peek at some of the takeaways from our conversation.

The hamster wheel is not plugged in with someone else at the controls. You can control how fast you run or when you get off and take a break.
Pivots can be important steps along our journey to re-pace ourselves.
Try your best to build a financial safety net so that you’re prepared if you need to get off the hamster wheel and take a breather.
Success is finding the right role, team and community that allows us to be helpful and bring our best energy.
Energy depletion = Burnout
Be kind to yourself with your words.
Keep an energy journal. Log what gives you energy and what depletes your energy. Do more things that give you energy.
Know your limits. Instead of saying “no”, you can say “I wish I could”
