Back from gallivanting around Europe the gang are back in business with the hangovers to prove it.
Whilst Jaz was celebrating the end of season in Paris and Barcelona the boys were reminded that their partying days are behind them at The Diamond League Final in Brussels. A certain Shot Put champion may be to blame.
There also much to discuss about the upcoming IOC Presidential race and the exciting Commonwealth Games announcement as well as some special guests with quick chats to the likes of Dina Asher Smith, Cole Hocker, Georgia Brown and Daryl Neita.
