Alex Kholodenko
Alex is an Active Syndicator and Passive Investor in over 50 syndications, he has spent 20 years in high-tech software industry in Bay Area working as an IT Professional. Alex has co-founded Wealthy Mind Investments for his life long passion for helping people. Now his focus is on Commercial Real Estate Investments, because of the simplicity of being passive investor, scalability and tax efficiencies. He has created strategic partnerships with experienced Multifamily Operators that have boots on the ground. The success of these partnerships has resulted in increased cash flow and appreciation for all investors. Jason Balara
Dr. Jason Balara is the CEO and Co-founder of Lark Capital group and host of the Know Your Why Podcast. Jason is also a veterinary surgeon with extensive experience and training in his field. He additionally has many years of experience in real estate investing on the residential side with single family fix and flips and small multifamily rentals. As a real estate investor, Jason is focused on Class B and C multifamily and self-storage value add deals, in order to achieve excellent returns for himself and his investors.
