First episode for the month of August!
There's a lot of stuff that will be going on this month in the Pokémon world!
The 1st big news deals with Pokémon GO.
GO Fest has ended for London, England and Osaka, Japan.
However, there is one last in person GO Fest that will be taking place later this month in New York City!
This GO fest event does require you to buy a ticket to be able to enjoy some of the bonuses and quests that go along with this event.
If you can't make it to the in person event, fear not!
At the end of the month there will be a GLOBAL GO Fest event that will be free for everyone to play!
Pokémon GO will also be selling tickets for this GO Fest too that will unlock a few additional bonuses and will give you a quest to catch the mythical Pokémon, Diancie!
In other news, the Pokemon World Championship will be taking place from August 8-14, where we will get to see all types of Pokémon competitions.
They will be hosting a VGC tournament to crown the new VGC World Champion, a Pokémon GO tournament (GBL), the Trading Card Game tournament (TCG), and a Pokémon Unite tournament as well.
So that's going to be tons of fun for those lucky enough that are heading that way.
And the final bit of news, the Pokémon Company will be showcasing a 35 minute video presentation full of Pokémon news!
This is a Pokémon Presents and it's always full of fun information regarding updates to existing games, or future events taking place, or even the release of a NEW game.
My best educated guess is that this Presents will cover more information regarding the Scarlet and Violet DLC, because as of right now we still don't have the release date for those expansions.
Also, I think they'll want to generate more hype around the product.
Aside from that, I can't think of what else they'll be covering.
