I share the coaching space with an Enneagram Five and together we explore the orientation to the strong inner world that’s a significant element in the Type Five structure. We consider the energy expelled in the mental to-do list that’s consistently shifting based on the remaining energy & time for the day. We also explore the sensation of being snapped back into reality when someone abruptly interrupts our thoughts & pulls us out of that internal world. And we also consider the invitation to connect with our kiddos in parenting from a heart space rather than a mental problem solving space.
