In our last episode, we talked to the CEO of Luum about the lash robot that has everyone talking on Instagram. Today Tussanee shares why and how we ended up working with Luum Lash over 4 years ago. It's been an interesting journey and we feel it would be helpful for our lash community to know how this all came about. Tussanee also breaks down what the customer experience is like.
