How are you feeling? Most of us using Social Media, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok like its just another corner of our home. Unfortunately it takes much more of a toll because we don't actively check in with our emotions to see if we're capable of navigating the diverse and emotionally charged space that it actually is.
