When we’re young, we absorb a lot from our surroundings, like what we’re told about ourselves and what we observe in our families. Sometimes, these experiences can create limiting beliefs - ideas that hold us back without us even realizing it.
As adults, these beliefs can still influence our thoughts and actions, affecting what we think we can achieve.
Reframing these beliefs involves identifying them, understanding where they came from, and then consciously changing them to align with our goals and desires.
It’s like rewriting the story we tell ourselves about what’s possible for us.
