Dan and Pete take time to check in and discuss the pre-season with coaches Sam Harris and Shawn Pittman. Sam Harris joins the show to discuss the pre-season efforts that the Gilgronis have started, but have abruptly put on pause due to the extreme weather conditions hitting Texas. He also discusses how important it was to add Conner Mooneyham to AG Rugby through the Dallas player dispersal. Shawn Pittman chats with Pete about his start in coaching and his rapid rise through the national team system as a forwards coach following his retirement as a player.

Lance Williams and Mason Pedersen sit down to talk with Dan about their careers both entering their fourth seasons in Major League Rugby. Lance played football at Hawaii and he gives us an inside look on his transition to playing rugby and his recovery following an injury in season 3's pre-season. Mason, another original like Lance discusses the difficulties of his first two seasons in Austin and the overarching culture change that has occurred and how they intend to play in 2021.
