Barry Karch is the broker/owner of The Real Estate Power Houses, a real estate brokerage company in El Paso, Texas. With over 35 years of experience as a Realtor, he has sold as many as 100 homes per year. Despite the success that Barry has achieved in real estate, he has always considered himself an unlikely Realtor - quiet, introverted, and unsalesy.

Barry has created a podcast called The Real Estate UnSalesperson to encourage and inspire his fellow introverted Realtors. His mission is to teach introverts, unsalesy people, and those who do not have a sales background that they have what it takes to succeed in real estate.
