In this episode Wendy talks about the 3 centers of intelligence in the enneagram system. The Body center which is concerned with control, autonomy and centers around the emotion of anger. The Heart center cncerned with attention and self image centers around grief or shame and the Head center, concerned with security and systems or beliefs centers around the emotion of fear or anxiety.
