This week, Ontario's education minister Stephen Lecce preempts a work stoppage by invoking the notwithstanding clause, Premier Doug Ford and Deputy Premier Sylvia Jones officially file their legal challenge to avoid testifying at the Emergencies Act inquiry, and provinces demand more money for health care from the feds.
