Doug is the CEO of Life and Purpose Behavioral Health. He is also an Advanced Certified Trauma Practitioner through the National Institute for Trauma and Loss in Children (TLC). Additionally, he is a certified trainer for TLC and provides training that includes Children of Trauma, Structured Sensory Interventions, Sensory Interventions in the Life Space, and Trauma-Informed Schools. Most notably, he is a certified trainer in the Neurosequential Model of Education (NME) and in the process of becoming a trainer in the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT). In 2020, he earned trainer status in Collaborative Problem Solving, a strength-based training out of Think Kids Organization.

And he has a podcast, The Resilient Purpose!
