Our guest today is Mel McGeady. Mel McGeady is a well-known name in real estate, from Morgantown, PA. She's not just a mom to three daughters, aged 17, 13, and 9, but also a skilled professional. Before real estate, she worked as a nurse at Chester County Hospital in West Chester, PA. Back in 2016, she and her partner and husband Chris started their journey into real estate with a wholesale deal. Since then, they've done over 100 transactions, including wholesales, rentals, and big rehab projects. In 2018, Mel left nursing to fully focus on real estate, working closely with her partner and husband Chris. Together, they manage a team that handles different tasks. Mel's ability to organize projects and quickly buy and sell properties shows how good she is at this. Mel's story teaches us about determination, facing challenges, and succeeding in real estate.
