Why is it important to pause?

Today we're going to talk about something that I was reminded of by a sleep training coach. I'm a huge fan of sleep training to help your children understand the difference between day and night. Also, sleep training is an excellent way for children to get into a rhythm of sleep and allow moms into a rhythm of sleep. Tune in as I reveal the most powerful lesson that I learned from my sleep consultant and how you can apply it to your entire life.
