Want to live a BRAVER life?

Today we are lucky to be joined by Judi Holler. Judi Holler owns a creative company that is on a mission to help people live braver lives and EMPOWER leaders to lead braver teams. Her work takes the experimental principles of the improv theatre and helps you apply them to the unscripted stage of everyday life. These ideas will teach you that while you'll never be "fearless" ... you can get really good at ... FEARING FEAR LESS!

We all have things that will rob us of joy, and fear is a huge component. We have a toxic relationship with fear. Let me tell you, sister; it’s time to break up with that nasty relationship. Judi’s work in fear is inspired by what she has learned studying improv theater. Improv means there is no script, and the performers will make up the act as they go. Do you know who else doesn’t have a script? YOU.

At the end of the day, we feel out of control; however, we are never in control. We can have plans, dreams, and investments. But there is no guarantee in our lives - improv actors have been training for this moment their entire career. The more you practice improv, the better you will get through obstacles and stay in forwarding momentum. Think about what you can do today that will impact your future. Tune in as Jodi speaks about why being fearless is unrealistic, how to put fear in its place, and why we often fear success.
