Do you struggle with people-pleasing?

I'm so feeling jazzy about this month's topic. We are talking self-sabotage. So, we're diving deep into the five degrees of self-sabotage. This week, mainly, is the number one thing that affects more women than anyone else: people-pleasing. We are talking about the who, what, when, where, and how of people-pleasing. It's time to nip that habit in the bud so you can live a joyful life.

So, how does people-pleasing behavior affect and limit your life? Many of my people-pleasers will view themselves as weak, small, or unloved. We want to take that emotional charge out of it and recognize that those thoughts are just a program that serves a specific purpose. Now, it's time to realize that purpose is no longer is serving you. Finally, you can shift from being a people-pleaser and instead have the most significant impact on your self-esteem, self-worth, self-confidence, personal productivity, health, happiness, and JOY!
