A few months ago, I listened to a lecture with Arie Witten, the author of The Energy Blueprint and host of a podcast by the same name. Years ago, he was really interested in this Adrenal fatigue thing and wanted to prove it was real. So he did his research, and what he found was that Adrenal Fatigue isn’t actually a thing.
What is a thing is HPA axis dysfunction and the role stress (cortisol) can play in causing major disruptions to your hormones and energy levels.
