As a hunter, only one thing is more enjoyable to me than actually hunting game and that is eating it. Wild game is some of the healthiest, cleanest and tastiest meat available. We are truly blessed to be able to go out and harvest such magnificent creatures. With that being said, knowing how to properly cook this delicacy is crucial.
