Join us as we journey to Latin America and dive into some myths, legends and lore from these mystical lands.

Britt starts off the show with the tale of La Lechuza from Mexico, a villainous witch that has taken the form of a large, gnarly looking owl.

We hear a story from about a baby who was left with a scar that never healed properly due to a near attempt at being stolen by La Lechuza herself.

Alissa takes us to the luring cliffs of Tequendama Falls in Colombia where the Hotel Del Salto sits perched. This hotel is supposedly haunted and lures guests to their death by cliff jumping.

Britt stays in Colombia and tells of the legend of El Silbón, a flesh feeding, possibly eating, man who is now known to wander towards unsuspecting individuals while whistling and carrying a bag of bones.

The night wouldn't be complete if we didn't mention the queen of all Latin lore, La Llorona herself. The tragic story of Maria, the loss of her children, and her wailing has been told throughout many countries. There are several versions but what we do know is if you hear "mis hijos" wailing from a distance, be very afraid.
