On today's episode, Jason gets the party started with a few thoughts on the Los Angeles Chargers' easy win on Monday Night over the Indianapolis Colts. With Keenan Allen and Mike Williams back and healthy - and Justin Herbert at the controls - the Chargers are arguably the most dangerous Wild Card team entering the playoffs. Don't be surrpised to see them make a Cincinnati Bengals-type run to the Super Bowl. Later, Super Producer Rob G (Robert Guerra) swings by to help discuss the Denver Broncos’ decision to fire head coach Nathaniel Hackett before his first season with the club was even completed. Hackett was clearly in over his head, but the fact remains that much of the Broncos’ issues stem from the fact that Russell Wilson’s play has fallen off a cliff. Can a new coach (like Sean Payton, maybe) fix whatever is ailing Wilson, or is Wilson officially washed? Speaking of quarterbacks, it’s become abundantly clear that Derek Carr isn’t the answer for the Las Vegas Raiders. The only problem then becomes, who can they get that would represent an upgrade at the position? It’s highly unlikely the Raiders can get Lamar Jackson or Aaron Rodgers, but what about Tom Brady? At least he’s familiar with Josh McDaniels’ offense. The guys close the show by sharing a quick note on the Dallas Cowboys’ offensive explosion against the Philadelphia Eagles. We all think Philly will still end up getting the #1 seed in the NFC, but the Eagles’ reputation has taken a hit the past few weeks (even more so now that Jalen Hurts is dealing with a shoulder injury).
