Brianna Phillips is a Northern California native, but has acquired her knowledge and education in many different places. She pursued her Undergraduate Degree at Grambling State University in Grambling, Louisiana. She acquired her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sports Management. Brianna was the May 2016 Valedictorian of her class at Grambling State University.
Brianna immediately began Law School after receiving her undergraduate degree. She attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in May 2019. Brianna served as a Senior Editor and the Articles Selection Editor during her tenure with the TJSL Law Review. Brianna also found her love for Trademarks and Mediations when she participated in both the TJSL Trademark Clinic and Mediation Clinic.
After graduating Law School, Brianna moved back to Northern California to study for the July 2019 bar. After long hours of studying and substantial stress, Brianna passed the California Bar, one of the hardest Bar in the Nation, on her first try and was admitted to practice law in the state of California in December 2019.
Brianna worked with the very well-known Personal Injury Law Firm for a short time, gaining substantial legal knowledge in Personal Injury Law. Ultimately. She decided to pursue her passion to practice Business law and founded Oakala Law & Mediation Firm.
Brianna has continuously demonstrated academic and legal excellence throughout her life. She is very family oriented and strives to show her clients the same amount of compassion as she does to her very supportive and loving family. But do not confuse her compassion for weakness. Brianna will strive to protect her client’s rights at all costs. She will continue to demonstrate her legal knowledge through Oakala Law & Mediation Firm in order to help her clients.
