This week Jason Fishman speaks with Itay Golan, Founder and CEO of Gold Eagle Funding. Itaywalks us through how he was able to Test, Optimize, and Scale his businesses.

Itay Golan Founded Gold Eagle Funding (aka Crowdfunding Finder) as a community-based crowdfunding investment marketplace that connects investors to crowdfunded offerings and to like-minded peers; leveraging the power of the community to review and analyze crowdfunding issues.

Mr. Golan, is an experienced investment portfolio manager with expertise in evaluating startups acquisitions. In his investment career at Morgan Stanley, S&P Global and VAR private equity fund, he analyzed key startups and small business investments; including their risk analysis, valuations and cash flow modeling. He has an extensive background conducting research and due diligence, analyzing private enterprises’ success probability, and marketplace characteristics.

Crowdfunding Finder is Mr. Golan’s second venture. Itay started an online investment advisory that provides securities trend indications prior to founding Crowdfunding Finder.

With Crowdfunding Finder, Mr. Golan’s goal is to democratize the venture capital industry, as he calls it “Shark tank for the masses”. Mr. Golan holds an MBA from Baruch, he is a veteran of a reconnaissance unit in the Israeli army where he served as company sergeant, he is a father of a beautiful 6-year-old girl and resides on the Upper East side in NYC.
