Do you have those days where your head feels filled with thoughts, worries, concerns, judgements, projections, and miscellaneous toxicity? Sometimes, it can get so crowded inside our brain that it feels like it just might explode.

Do you know what I am talking about?

I bet you do, and it can feel confusing regarding how to handle these types of situations but I am going to share with you on this week’s podcast the answer to emptying your mind of thoughts so you can start looking at situations in your life, and more specifically with your eating and relationship with food, in a new way.

And what is this magic that I speak of?

It couldn’t be simpler…..journaling.

Now before you start to object about not having time to journal, or you don’t know what to write about, just hear me out…..in today’s podcast you are going to learn just how simple and straight-forward journaling can be, and I will also provide direction for those who want a bit more direction in their journaling practice.

In this week’s podcast you will learn:

  • Why journaling is so important to your overall mental and physical health

  • About support materials to use to guide your practice of daily journaling

  • Suggestions for how to use journaling to support your work on your emotional eating

  • the only “wrong” way to journal
