Bargman celebrates the anniversary of The Edge of Everyday podcast and launches
the debut episode in its new home on MaximizeU.Life.
Sal Celly – founder and advisor of MaximizeU, Sal has had 30+ years of a highly
accomplished Technology, Sales & Consulting career with Oracle, Infor, Dell, among
others. and is an expert in identifying, analyzing & executing market opportunities
across industry verticals & organizational stages.
Laura Celly, CEO of MaximizeU, has over 20 years of experience across Sales,
Education & Training. She served 6 years in the US Navy as a Preventive Medicine &
Environmental Health Specialist. After an honorable discharge, Laura developed LGC
Safety Training, a Food Safety & Compliance organization.
Dr. Judi Neal - Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Edgewalkers International. She was
the founding director of the Tyson Center for Faith and Spirituality in the Workplace at
the Sam M. Walton College of Business, University of Arkansas. Judi is recognized as
an expert on spirituality in the workplace and speaks and consults internationally. She
received her Ph.D. from Yale in Organizational Behavior. She has published widely in
the field and is a popular and inspiring international speaker.
Sandra asks Sal and Laura Celly to share the work that they’ve done in the world, and
specifically, how this led to the creation of MAXIMIZEU.Life.
Sandra then asks the same of Judi and asks her for deeper clarity around the concept
of ‘Workplace Spirituality’ and its emerging importance in business. Judi was compelled
to explore the integration of spirituality and business with leaders and organizations. A
theme that was revealed through this work was that many of these leaders saw
themselves on the edge of their own systems, willing to push their boundaries. She
worked for a way to communicate, develop, and support that mindset.
30:27 Sandra announces that Edgewalkers International is partnering with MaximizeU’s
custom - built AI powered platform to launch EDGEWALKER ACADEMY. Judi goes onto
share that it was a long-held dream to create a type of learning center for edgewalker
work and concepts.
Sal shares the importance of AI in creating customized packages for individuals and
organizations. Sal and Laura stress that MaximizeU is not simply coaching but rather a
community with an array of content and teachings, through masterclasses, on-line and
in person classes and coaching, body work, blogs, and podcasting. The power of
community is discussed.
Sandra shares her mission and intention with #TheEdgeofEverydayPodcast and tells
the story of moving it to MAXIMIZEU.Life
