This episode demonstrates how Montana uses the federal court system operating in Montana, operated by individuals elevated from within the preexisting corrupt state, to shelter Montana and the elite within its borders from consequences of the Great Montana Conspiracy. When agents of Montana are operating the courts for the express purpose of censoring claims made against the state of Montana, there can never be justice - especially when the federal courts are setting aside even the pretense of protection of civil liberties for the poor, indigent and disenfranchised populace of the state.
