2. Descreen yourself! Use blue-light blockers in evening.
3. Exercise! Especially weight lifting.
4. Eat well. Quit smoking.
5. Set better boundaries
6. Listen to relaxing music - 432hz playlists, instrumental, worship, classical
7. Winding down before bed.
8. Herbs like chamomile or lavender
9. Therapy!
10. Connect with others! Serve others.
