As the CEO you have the unique ability to see into the future - and use that Vision to make the right decisions about today. Your “role in the village” is to create a 3 Year View of your business and craft a 3 Month Action Plan for the Team.

As the Visionary, you must create and convey this Vision to your Team, so that they can see it, be compelled to create it, and be clear as to their role in manifesting it. You must stretch the capacity of your team and their ability to see into the future and act accordingly.

In fact, an individual’s ability to look into the future and act accordingly today is the best predictor of their capacity to earn!
