Anna Adsit is an intuitive somatic guide and therapist, as well as the founder of the beautiful platform Wild Embrace. Wild Embrace is a community of remembrance, a healing and regenerative space to practice together the world we wish to live in.

In this episode, we have a deeply inspirational conversation about Anna's journey of navigating life, trauma and healing and how her relationship with Nature has been both a guide and a mirror throughout it all.
