Manage episode 431537409 series 3382768
This week I am honored to by joined by Heath Bell.
From 2009 - 2011, Heath was the most dominant closer in baseball. With three straight seasons of 40 plus saves and 3 straight All-Star appearances, Heath's impact on the game of baseball was incredible - and to think it almost never happened.
Today we sit down to discuss Heath's early life, particularly the trials and tribulations he went through in his 20's. Heath could have very easily given up. But his story is a key reminder as to why you should never give up on what you want to achieve the most.
We sit down to discuss Heath's journey, his relationship with God, how coaches today are leading kids in the wrong direction and so much more.
