This week’s episode was inspired by a gift from my stepdaughter that has a quote on it about celebrating because life is short, which I believe is an important reminder.

To me, the small things are just as important to celebrate as the big ones, and maybe even more so. The small steps and wins you experience are what develop your bravery and confidence to go for the next "big thing" for you.
