From $42 a month to $128 million at 21. In this week’s podcast, Abdul-Qawiyy Hammed shares his incredible entrepreneurial journey, which began in Nigeria, where his parents had a combined household income of around $300 per/month.At just 14 years old, Abdul-Qawiyy earned his first $50 online as a freelancer. This quickly escalated to around $2,500 in just a few short months, however, he was unfortunately de-platformed due to his location.Abdul-Qawiyy didn’t give up, he explored other options and stumbled across dropshipping, excited by this opportunity, where he discovered that he could leverage products to generate money instead of his time.Although dropshipping from Nigeria also proved difficult, due to the restricted access of payment processors, bank accounts etc. As a workaround, Abdul-Qawiyy partnered with someone he’d met in an online forum, but that didn’t end well!
