My interview with Tamara Jefferies. Tamara has her MA and is a Holistic Counselor and Transformational Coach. She has worked in wellness since 2005, counseling women, leading support groups for survivors of sexual assault, and creating empowerment workshops. She holds a Master's in Somatic Psychology from John F. Kennedy University, several certifications in the specialization of trauma resolution. In addition, she is a certified yoga teacher, all of which she has combined to create a multi-tiered approach to healing that honors the mind, body, and spirit.
