Having known Ms. Rule for years, I can think of no one more capable to execute such important societal duties. As Community Outreach Director, Renie is the perfect advocate for Arkansas’s Restore Hope. She has a degree in Social Work and a career that spans decades with reputable non-profits such as UAMS, Arkansas Hospice, and she is the founder of Arkansas’s very successful Paws In Prison program. With her today is Mr. Charlie Mack, another success story who, with four other felons and gang leaders, started their own initiative called Empowering My Environment.
