Dan Schoenbaechler has held various Sales positions before getting into Commercial Real Estate in 2008. Having focused on Residential Sales since 2013, he has closed over $65 million of transactions during that time, ranging from renters and first-time home buyers to experienced investor sales. His knowledge and experience in the brokerage side of the business is what helps identify & close good opportunities for his investors.
In the past couple of years, Dan has also paired his multi-family investment experience with his network of investors to launch Schoen Capital. He has been a General Partner on 5 separate acquisitions totaling 892 units for $116.4 million within the first 12 months of being in business. Schoen Capital continues to focus on value-add multi-family as well as a couple other asset classes to help grow their investor's wealth.
