I am joined by Xanthe Appleyard, co-founder of Oh Sierra, a Los Angeles and Tulum-based creative agency. As a creative agency that specializes in strategy, design, and hospitality, this company helps content creators develop strategies that attract aligned opportunity, a loyal community, and a culture of work and play. Xanthe began her company in 2020 after buying a house in Mexico. In today’s episode, Xanthe discusses how she leaped into the unknown by manifesting her dream and taking small steps toward her vision.
Additionally, we discuss the topics of learning how to embrace a more nomadic lifestyle as well as changing the trajectory of one’s life.
