Sheila Tober and I talk about a whole bunch of topics from not judging others (or yourself) to giving uplifting messages to others (and yourself). We talk about a bunch of other health-related topics with the core idea that there is no one-size-fits-all answer to health, that it is important to look at each person as an individual.

Sheila Tober is a physician assistant. She helps each of her patients to better understand their body and the factors that impact it. She first makes sure to take the step of listening to them, understanding how they feel and what their goals are. She believes it is very important to understand those things before making assumptions and giving very specific advice. She also happens to be the wife of the previous episode’s guest, Nick Tober. It was really great to get to talk to both of them and release their episodes back to back!
