Not only do we talk about gender issues, but we also dive into the exciting field school discovery Emery was a part of this summer in Pompeii with ArchaeoSpain. Emery was a part of the team that uncovered a very rare burial of a Pompeiian. We also discuss their high school laboratory experiences at UC Berkley, and how it inspired them going forward.
