Currently, she is the Director of Diversity at Pearson, responsible for driving the implementation of programs, policies, and systems to foster diversity for internal and external stakeholders. Before joining Pearson, Lattelle served as the Program Manager for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Wiley.

The conversation starts with Lattelle sharing some details of her career path and how photography becomes her personal passion and then moves on to illustrate her corporate communication role.
