Welcome to the season 2 premier of Smart Sports Podcast. Thanks for joining us this week.
This week’s guest has turned into a fan favourite for Kingston Frontenac fans. Maddox Callens has shown a ton of hustle in his rookie season with the Ontario Hockey League team, and we are very happy to have him on the podcast this week to share his journey.
SHOUT OUTS
First Shout out goes out to my nephew Jack, brother Chad and the rest of the Waterford Wildcats atom team. On Monday they completed the sweep to become the first team in the area to move on in the Ontario Minor Hockey Association playdowns. They beat the Burford Coyotes in three-straight games, and will now take on Six Nations in the next round.
And a shout out to Ryan Vandenbusche, Norfolk County and the Stix 'N' Pix on a successful first night of the First Shift Program in Simcoe.
Also a shout out to Delhi Minor Hockey who held its First Shift program to get new kids out to play hockey on Sunday.
