We sat down with Sister Cathey and talked about modesty in fitness, and if it is really possible to stay modest while doing some intense workouts. We talked about how she got her start in fitness and how she lost weight after having 4 children. She spoke about how being a Christian doesn't mean you can't accomplish your fitness goals and how you can still maintain a Godly lifestyle while doing it.
