Intrusive thoughts are normal, and everyone has them. They can be triggered by stress, anxiety, and other factors, and can be a symptom of certain mental health conditions. The key to dealing with intrusive thoughts is to acknowledge them, let them pass, and practice self-compassion. In today’s episode, I will be going over this in greater detail and provide helpful tips and techniques for managing it.
