Nic Espanet is the Founder of Thrive Multifamily, a Texas-based company that focuses on adding value to apartment communities.
He began his journey in multifamily properties back in 2016 and in 2018, he closed his first deal as a Lead Syndicator & Asset Manager.
Since then, Nic has continued to invest in apartments where his total unit count is over 3,500.
Before real estate, Nic was a full-time physical therapist where he owned his own practice. He ended up leaving that world to focus on multifamily properties in 2020.
